استخدام المنصة
تتيح مطية للمستخدمين طلب خدمات النقل والأعلاف والخدمات المتاحة عبر التطبيق، وفق المعلومات والأسعار الظاهرة وقت الطلب.
الحساب والبيانات
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة بياناته وحماية وسيلة الدخول، ويلتزم باستخدام المنصة بطريقة نظامية وغير مسيئة.
الطلبات والدفع
يتم تأكيد الطلب عند ظهور التأكيد داخل التطبيق. قد تتغير الإتاحة أو الأسعار قبل التأكيد النهائي. وسائل الدفع المتاحة تظهر داخل التطبيق.
الإلغاء والدعم
تخضع الإلغاءات والاستردادات لحالة الطلب وسياسة الخدمة المعروضة عند الشراء. للمساعدة تواصل معنا عبر support@mtyaa.com.
التحديثات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند إضافة خدمات أو متطلبات جديدة، وسنوضح تاريخ آخر تحديث على النسخة المنشورة.
Using the platform
MTYA lets users request available transport, feed, and other services through the app, based on the information and prices shown when an order is placed.
Accounts and information
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in method, and using the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when confirmation appears in the app. Availability or pricing may change before final confirmation. Available payment methods are shown in the app.
Cancellation and support
Cancellations and refunds depend on the order status and service policy shown at checkout. Contact support@mtyaa.com for help.
Updates
We may update these terms when services or requirements change. The published copy will show its latest update date.
